All the rooms are like shopping mall? Which is better, a salon or department store in the mall, like Regis. I always thought that JC Penney has been a pleasant lounge. Is it true that all people living in the mall came to work out of beauty school? It Does anybody know if this is true for JC Penney? The space is the same and as good as them. As in any beauty salon, depends on her hairdresser and not, not all who are in the halls of the mall, directly from the school of beauty.
